The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar software.
• Integrate diverse data sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency in BIM models.
• Organize and manage BIM databases, ensuring adherence to project standards and consistency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports, visualizations, and documentation related to BIM models and project advancement.
• Assist in preparing BIM deliverables for client submissions and project milestones.
• Adapt and proficiently utilize various BIM modeling tools required for projects.
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the reporting manager.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM preferably from construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar BIM software.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Engineering in Civil & Structural/Architectural/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Strong adaptability to diverse BIM modeling tools necessary for project execution.
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to various client office/site locations.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with project teams and clients.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; we offer in-house training.
