Our client is looking for a diligent, meticulous, organizational and executive business assistant to join our team. As a Business Assistant, you will be a key supporter of company operations, helping to manage daily business activities, processing business documents, arranging meetings, coordinating collaboration between departments, and providing administrative support. You will communicate with people at all levels within and outside the company and ensure efficient and smooth workflow.

The Job

  • Assist in arranging and organizing meetings, events and travel arrangements within and outside the company
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing and processing business documents, contracts and reports, etc.
  • Coordinate communication and cooperation between departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project
  • Responsible for managing company administrative matters such as procurement and management of office facilities and supplies
  • Assist in formulating and implementing office procedures and specifications to improve work efficiency and quality
  • Provide efficient administrative support to solve problems and challenges in daily operations

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor degree or above, business management, administrative management or related majors
  • More than 2 years of working experience as a business assistant or administrative assistant, preference will be given to those with experience in cross-department collaboration
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels
  • Detailed, patient and responsible, able to handle and solve various problems in daily work
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite and business communication tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and remain efficient
  • Have a certain understanding of business processes and administrative management, and be able to quickly adapt to new work environments
