The Job

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and pursuing new business development for growth of the business
• Assist in events and activities on ad-job basis
• Deliver training to small and large groups 
• Screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating of recruitment and scheduling of interviews
• Conduct candidates interviews and HR reference checks
• Assisting in HR admin duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Ideal Candidate

 Requirements:

• Have obtained at least a full certificate in diploma or degree in any field
• At least 1 year of financial industry
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• A self starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
