The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and developing relationships for our client as well as managing existing relationships with the management teams and owners of the existing restaurants
- Building a funnel of leads for our client to partner with over the next several months and years.
- Creating a sales strategy and deck with the business team to onboard potential restaurants. Working with the marketing team and partners to execute the identified strategies.
- Creating a framework for assessing restaurants financially and operationally, as well as building a methodology for calculating tokenomics
- Assisting in developing and executing a strategy for creating consumer-side engagement, keeping track of community metrics and executing methods to grow and scale the global community of token owners.
- Compiling strategies and conducting interviews for more effective targeting as well as increasing community engagement
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You Ideally have a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in business management as well as some prior experience (including internships) in B2B sales.
- Any experience or interest in F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
- You are a team player and have a collaborative growth mindset
- You have exceptional time-management skills
- You have great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- You are a quick learner and have an ambitious self-starter mentality
- You have the drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
