The Job
1. Business Development and Restaurant Onboarding
Identify restaurants OG will want to partner with and develop relationships with these management teams and owners.
- Create a funnel of restaurant partners for OG to partner with over the next several months and years.
- Build a sales-deck and sales strategy with our business team to onboard targeted restaurants.
- Build a framework for assessing restaurants financially and operationally, and build a methodology for calculating tokenomics.
2. Community Engagement
- Help develop and execute a strategy for creating consumer-side engagement; keep track of community metrics and execute methods to grow and scale the global community of token owners.
- Conduct end-user interviews and compile strategies to more effectively target users and increase engagement and excitement.
- Work with our marketing team and partners to execute the identified strategies.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with sales techniques
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Team player and collaborative growth mindset
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Quick learner and ambitious self-starter mentality
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
