The Job

• Sales Support
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
• Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
• Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
• Prepare official sales quotations
• Follow up on quotations to clients
• Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
• Marine cargo insurance application
• Create customer's awareness in our services; increase Marketing effort

Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess minimum GCF ‘O’ level or its equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience the Freight Forwarding industry preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
• A team player
• Pro-active and requires limited supervision
• Good inter-personal skills and customer focused attitude
