The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail / WhatsApp, answering emails and phone calls
• Submit timely reports and prepare SOW proposals as assigned
• Ensuring SOP is followed 
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Supporting BD team to clear their existing works (works on the same day or week must be all cleared)
• Organize BD works and ensure all tasks are completed
• Do research and clients prospecting
