The Job

Responsibilities:

• Develop merchandising mix, in line with the company’s vision
• Partner with partners on determining seasonal & alignment with business targets.
• Forecast order quantity for the assigned category.
• Undertake tactical actions to hit KPIs which include sales target, sell-through, and achieve optimal inventory level closing stocks.
• Support execution of pre-season activities which include launch planning, allocation plan, pricing for new season & range planning.
• Support execution of in-season activities and campaigns which include repeat orders, markdowns & consolidation.
• Look out for new brands to bring onboard
• Build and maintain productive relationships within the different level of stakeholders, cross-functional teams and partners.
• Understand country/partner level nuances and competitive landscape to optimize business performance
• Work closely with operations, merchandising and retail teams to new collections achieve full potential in sales
• Conduct seasonal product training in-store
• Participate in departmental projects to improve the overall business operation or productivity.
• Any other assignment by the line manager.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Academic qualification Business/Retail Management / Fashion Marketing / Merchandising
• Minimum 2 years or more is required in relevant field
• Excellent computing skills, proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking & fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Enjoy interacting with people of diverse cultures
• Proactive and with strong analytical skills
• Keen eye for details with an aptitude for numbers
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills
• Keen sense and passion in the beauty & fashion industry
• Potential for travel to international fashion weeks and tradeshows
