The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner by creating their coffee interests and needs.
• Being knowledgeable of the food & beverage menus.
• Providing customer service, prepare drinks order and be able to give good recommendations.
• Supervising the team to maintain high standard of service to customers.
• Kitchen hygiene knowledge & Barista Qualification is a plus.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties.

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with focus in new business development, prefer in Hotel / Restaurant industry.
• You are business oriented and sales-driven.
• You have customer service-oriented mindset.
• You have good understanding of the various types of coffee range.
• You must be able to rotate day shifts.
• You are a team player.
• You have excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
• You are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong analytical skill with good business sense.
