The Job
Duties and responsibilities
- Answer customers’ enquiries via telephone and/ or email and serve walk-in customers.
- Develop and follow-up on sales lead from various sources including social media platforms.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Responsible for achieving individual/team sales targets set by the company.
- Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and manage day-to-day operations.
- Provide loan package breakdown to customers and handle sales related paperwork.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Automotive industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
