The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for existing account renewals and contracts, identify opportunities to upsell services into accounts.
- Assists the sales manager in developing new business opportunities that support’s the company’s overall growth strategy through lead generation prospecting and qualifying through telemarketing, networking etc.
- Assists the sales manager in generating and providing proposals to new client requirements
- Assisting the VP in planning and implementation of B2B marketing and events
- Collaborate with consultants and support teams to ensure successful project implementations
- Conducting full-cycle talent sourcing (recruitment, screening, selection) through online searches, initial approach calls and coordination with correspondences
- Responsible for client and candidate management
- Managing talent database (DM Recruit portal)
- Conducting candidate-qualifying interviews
- Drafting candidate assessment reports for clients' consideration
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
- Submit proposal thru various vendor’s website portal
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a Customer Success, Customer Retention, Customer Relationship, Customer Engagement, Talent Acquisition role, ideally within the Consulting and IT Services industry in Singapore.
- Other Desired experience or skills: Customer Experience, Customer Support, Customer Strategy, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Focus, Product Management, Service Delivery, Professional services.
- Possess strong abilities to engage Senior Management, Business units and stakeholder.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication, with Project Management, Presentation Skills.
- A strong networker & relationship builder.
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
