The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing both online and offline events and campaigns to maintain engagement between Homage and our Care Professionals
  • Planning and developing content and communications on Homage's CRM tools to increase Care Pro engagement and development
  • Monitor specific metrics to track overall happiness and experience of Care Professionals and recommend ways to improve
  • Support in planning and deployment of new outreach methods to Care Professionals
  • Planning and execution of activating our new Care Professionals
  • Planning and execution of increasing our active Care Professionals pool
  • Launch upskilling courses for Care Professionals to upgrade their skillsets
  • Launch engagement activities and look at ways to interact with our Care Professionals

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • 1 year of professional experience, ideally in start-ups, operations, recruitment or community engagement ( Candidates new to workforce are welcome)
  • This is a minimum 3-month contract position with the potential to extend depending on performance
  • Candidates with prior nursing experience welcome
  • Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously
  • Demonstrable track record in operations with ability to multitask effectively and adapt quickly to a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • An undeniably positive attitude, extreme dedication, and ability to act as a role model to Homage and its values
