The Job

This is an exciting role where you will provide hiring expertise & support to high growth companies so they can scale their teams quickly & accurately across geographies.

As a 'Flexpert', you will leverage your recruitment expertise as well as the Snaphunt platform & flexpert methodology so clients maximize each step of the hiring process. You will also drive coordination for each client to ensure hassle-free volume hiring across geographies.

The Profile

• You have 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with prior experience in a top-tier recruitment agency, ideally covering Technology/ Data Science / Digital roles. Experience in supporting startups in rapidly scaling up teams is a strong plus.
• You are a strong business advisor who can influence senior stakeholders.
• You are a natural problem solver and are obsessed with helping companies hiring top talent quickly
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
• You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
