The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Driving processes end-to-end, this role involves encouraging the team to simplify processes in order to be more productive.
• Confident in decision making, the project manager is always ready to help the team and projects function with flow in an organized and efficient manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver a projects’ life cycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
• Managing small and large scale projects
• Overseeing team members and delegating tasks
• Devising timescales and ensuring projects stay within a designated budget
• Structuring projects and devising efficient processes
• Liaising with clients and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly
• Signing-off work and checking it is of the highest quality
• Providing knowledgeable creative input to all campaigns

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing creative projects, such as design, film / video, virtual events / experiential as well as campaigns
• A full knowledge of project management processes
• Able to thrive in fast paced and open environments
• The ability to push a team to deliver high quality work
• A proactive approach to creating project management efficiencies and optimization
• An enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients
• The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team to ensure project delivery success
• An excellent and careful attention to details and instructions
• An ability to add and amplify value to a project. 
• Most importantly, you have to be a great organizer.
• We will highly value if you have an additional skill set related to design, writing or video editing
