The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that delinquent customers who have promised to make payments on specific dates follow through with their commitments.
  • Engage with these customers, secure their payment promises, and ensure the payments are received as agreed upon.
  • It's a role that requires effective communication and commitment to achieving payment targets while providing excellent customer service.
  • Reaching out to customers with outstanding payments using automated call systems.
  • Negotiate payment plans, address customer concerns, and keep meticulous records.
  • Adapting your approach to each customer and ensuring timely follow-ups are key. All of this must be done while adhering to legal and company guidelines, aiming to meet or surpass collection targets.
  • Managing overdue accounts and contributing to the team's success.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 2 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contact center roles, Back-Office Processing, or the Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • Your proficiency lies in efficiently managing multiple screens and systems while handling data.
  • You excel in managing challenging customer chats while simultaneously handling data entry on various screens.
  • Your strengths include quick thinking and a very responsive personality.
  • Having experience with debt collection software, prior use of a CRM system, or previous work in debt collection or related fields would be advantageous. Additionally, knowing an additional language or dialect is a plus.
