The Job

Responsibilities:

• Customer Care
• Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
• Provide support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
• Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
• Lead or support in customer care related projects
• Handle exceptional customer escalations or communications
• Additional tasks (you might be tasked to take up responsibilities in the following areas)
• Product on-boarding
• Order fulfilment
• Merchandise acquisition

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
• Undergraduates and graduate students are both welcome to apply
• Must be fluent in English
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
• A customer-centric mindset - always thinking of the customer first!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Great attention to detail
• Able to empathise with customers and resolve issues objectively
• Positive and friendly demeanour that translates into conversations with customers
