The Job
- Coordinate and execute services according to quotation/ costing with the support of the relevant departments
- Submission of billing/ costing according to billing guideline and policy
- Responsible for quality and timely delivery of information to relevant parties
- Ensure documentation and record are updated timely and accurately into the in-house system
Ideal Candidate
- Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Shipping (Freight Forwarding) organization while Logistics Customer Service is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
