Responsibilities:
- Response to Customer Enquires/complaints through Email within 24 Hours(No Voice Communication needed)
- Validate Customer's agreement and Contract(SLA)
Ideal Candidate
Requirement:
- O Level/N Level/A-Level/Diploma
- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
- Trainings will be provided
- Able to work in fast-paced environment/Pro-active
- Monthly OT (last week of every month)
- Potential work on Public Holiday/Weekends
