The Job
- Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through Zendesk (FB Messenger, WhatsApp, emails) and inbound calls.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in scheduling of customers’ installations and repairs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
Ideal Candidate
Job Requirements:
- Customer-oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience.
- Tech-savvy.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Team player with great adaptability.
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment.
- There will be 3 months probation period.
