The Job
Major Responsibilities:
- Daily work arrangement of the customer service team
- Develop relevant processes of customer relationship management and standardize customer relationship management procedures
- Make cold call according to the customer list.
- Other tasks or initiatives as required or assigned by leaders
- The position requires late shifts, knock off work at ten in the evening
The Profile
- Bachelor degree above
- You are proficient in Word, Excel and PPT for daily work
- Excellent communication and understanding skills, and high sense of responsibility
- You have strong executive capacity and learning ability
