The Job

Major Responsibilities:

  • Daily work arrangement of the customer service team
  • Develop relevant processes of customer relationship management and standardize customer relationship management procedures
  • Make cold call according to the customer list.
  • Other tasks or initiatives as required or assigned by leaders
  • The position requires late shifts, knock off work at ten in the evening

 

The Profile

  • Bachelor degree above
  • You are proficient in Word, Excel and PPT for daily work
  • Excellent communication and understanding skills, and high sense of responsibility
  • You have strong executive capacity and learning ability
