The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Managing the point-of-sale processes.
- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Driving the store's sales and service performance.
- Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.
- Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
- Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.
- Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
- Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations.
- Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.
- Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively.
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
