The Job

A well-established accounting business company in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensure their needs are met, and maintain strong relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Assign work to various departments and monitor progress
  • Generate reports on work activities and customer feedback
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Develop and implement daily work plans
  • Communicate with overseas teams to address queries and resolve issues
  • Establish effective communication channels with customers and suppliers

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Good conduct and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and written skills in both Mandarin and English to be able to liaise to Mandarin-Speaking Clients
  • Minimum education requirement: Diploma/degree
  • Relevant experience in customer service is preferred
