The Job

• Provide administrative support.
• Responsible to reply clients' enquiries and provide advisory to clients in good manners and timely.
• Execute the company's operations plan.
• Prepare service related materials and documents.
• Follow up with clients on service progress and payment collections.
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years experience in Customer Service or similar role, ideally within the Corporate/Accounting/Finance/Professional Services industry will be advantages.
• Well-organized and have good interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with operating common office software.
• Have strong attention to detail and deliver work that is meet the job requirements by the company.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• Have strong networking skills & relationship builder.
• Have strong execution skills, self-learning ability and able to work independently.
• Have good communication skills and typing skills in Chinese is required for this position as need to communicate with clients from China Associates.
