The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Provide professional phone & email support to banking clients
- Provide solutions to accounts and product-related queries, support clients with banking requirements
- Cross-sell products to new and existing clients
- Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance or related discipline
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a call-centre environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed and organized, able to multitask
