The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Generating sales leads.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience in customer service/telemarketing or proven experience with a similar skillset.
- You have excellent written and oral communication.
- You have basic proficiency with Google Suite. Experience with HubSpot and Respomd.io will be an advantage.
- You have ability to understand customer pain points and transition conversations smoothly to become quality leads.
- You have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- You are someone that is passionate about the brand.
