The Job
Key responsibilities areas:
- Experience supporting customers via chat software.
- Provide technical support to customers and solve the use problems of our website and App.
- To maintain good relationship with customers and develop more promoters.
Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies:
- Diploma holder or minimum GCE ‘O’ level. Open to hiring entry-level candidates.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Professional and punctual.
- Great team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Typing speed should reach 60 words/min.
- Proficient in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel, and PPT.
- Customer service experience would be ideal.
- IT background would be an advantage.
- Finance or blockchain background would be an advantage.
