The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Managing onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in your overall relationship with new and existing clients.
- Providing product/ feature demos and helping in troubleshooting as the first point of contact in case of any issues.
- Continually improving and refining customer success strategies and procedures.
- Effectively communicating client's requirements to the senior-level management, both internal and external, to maximize growth and retention.
- Acting as an advocate for clients to improve clients' experience (e.g., identify needs, handle and resolve customer requests and complaints)
- Implementing, improving and standardizing key processes to ensure a consistent and delightful journey for the customers.
- Working closely with our product managers to provide feedback and help priorities improvements based on customer feedback.
- Creating initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects when required.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles (fresh graduates with internship experience in a related role are welcome to apply).
- You have excellent relationship-building ability and a proven record of good client retention rates and upsell and cross-sell targets-based performance would be advantageous.
- You take ownership and possess good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- You are highly goal-driven and thrive well in fast-paced environments.
