The Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships across multiple levels of seniority within client organizations - your customers will be savvy corporate real estate professionals, workplace strategists, and designers.
  • Drive process change with high-energy, proactive, “always a step-ahead” attitude
  • Creatively solution for effective, client-specific change management
  • Desire to be ‘hands-on’ when needed to complete projects
  • Oversee design/production
  • Share client feedback and work with Product Team
  • Provide ongoing customer support on an as-needed basis
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews
  • Actively identify sales opportunities within client accounts

Ideal Candidate

Skills + Experience

  • 3-5 years in workplace or interior design, workplace strategy, corporate architecture, and/or corporate real estate, including basic project management
  • Ownership and accountability for client relationships
  • Experience in corporate real estate and workplace including a deep understanding of team roles and structures and project workflows.
  • Proficient with design language and toolset; a basic understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Self starter and team player
  • Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize in terms of urgency and impact
  • Highly collaborative: internally and externally; including across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Convey confidence and be comfortable as the primary interface for customer relationships
  • Hungry for growth and excited to take on additional responsibility
  • Progressive understanding of corporate real estate industry trends and dynamics
  • Familiar with workplace/real estate and design technologies and software
  • Experience creating or utilizing workplace standards and guidelines
