The Job

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join the team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering, supporting, and following up on external facing communication to ensure service is provided to the highest standards
  • Interacting with various departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Using available tools and information resources to resolve problems
  • Using a comprehensive knowledge of the website and the back office systems to investigate and resolve issues
  • Administering transactions as required
  • Reviewing and following up with deposit/withdrawal transactions in accordance with established standards and procedures
  • Escalating unresolved problems in accordance with established policy procedures and protocols
  • Performing account administration according to established protocols
  • Researching transaction discrepancies and taking appropriate action
  • Monitoring of activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Maintaining professionalism and adhering to company standards during all interactions
  • Performing and supporting other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years in a position with relevant experience would be an asset
  • You have knowledge of the Sportsbook industry would be an asset
  • You have basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You possess a high school diploma
  • You have the ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions
  • You take care in dealing with sensitive information
  • You have the ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English
  • You have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • You have the ability to independently solve problems
  • You are a strong customer orientation
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
