The Job
Responsibilities:
- You would be responsible for providing top-quality assistance to Customers, Care Professionals, Partner Organizations, and the general public when they have a question or problem.
- A lot of this would be through email, but would also include live chat, telephone, and in-person support too.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Empathetic and good with people
- Great at problem-solving
- Has excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content
- Able to communicate effectively within the organization to get the help and answers you need
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, with experience working in hospitality, customer service, sales, or a similar environment preferred
