The Job
In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Data Science and will be responsible for :
- Creating data visualizations that help drive business decisions
- Implementing performance and data quality considerations into visualization planning and delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements
- Managing multiple information streams flowing into the data lake
- Recommending, developing, and implementing ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Managing the code on GitHub
Ideal Candidate
Skills required:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer and have a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL)
- Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data sets
- You possess solid hands-on knowledge of working with Python, Google Cloud APIs, and Github.
- You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional who can work well in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in the Sustainability industry would be advantageous
- You can work well in teams and believe in delivering quality results
