The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Checking all the inward documents with the provided list from customer
• Document Preparation – Removing documents from bindings, removing staples, removing tags & binders
• Scanning – Scanning of documents with production scanner.
• Quality Control – Checking all the scanned images with original documents and marking all the errors
• Capturing indexes from documents and populating in Excel or Word
• Filling up all the records and reports required for daily production
• Helping logistic person to receive and deliver documents from various clients

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
• Experience in project management or a similar leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well with a range of individuals.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
