The Job

• Deliver creative ideas and designs in line with the company’s mission and branding for Real Estate;
• Establish design guidelines, best practices and quality standards; including the guidelines for the usage of company logo; 
• Handle all design activities from conceptualization to production for digital marketing materials like website banner, product brochures, electronics mailers, videos, online collaterals, etc.
• Plan and execute designing of required collaterals for promotions and advertising on a regular basis to build brand awareness for Real Estate；
• Coordinate with various international offices of Real Estate to ensure the designing of required collaterals for brand recognition of Real Estate brand internationally (China, Cambodia ,Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia and future expansion of any country)
• Co-ordinate & Communicate with various department to ensure all collaterals to be posted on company's website and social media account is projecting positive company Image.
• Ensure and manage all designing of require collaterals for Compass Real Estate Brand to uphold company's image

Ideal Candidate

• Must be Fluent in both Spoken and Written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Abode Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Final cut, Lightroom,After effect,etc ) or any similar design software
• 2 years of relevant Designing experience
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent designing skills
• Familiar with Singapore's real estate industry；
• Ability to work within company's budget and possess strong problem solving skills
