The Job

• Report to Top Marketing Manager and GM
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies
• Analyzing market trends and competitive position
• Managing and assigning new business leads and inquiries via email, social media, tendering platforms, networking, phone, and referral
• Increasing business branding and awareness
• Working with the sales, designer, and production team collaboratively on marketing strategies
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Networking for new business leads online and in the presence
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to top management
• Promoting our businesses at trade shows and major industry-related events; Supervising marketing Interns as and well attached
• Maintaining a well-organized administration

The Profile

• Min. 2 years of working experience in marketing
• Possess good Leadership and managerial mindset
• Well-versed in leading team on a marketing plan
• Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
