The Job

Responsibilities:

• Updating of stock levels on online platform
• Printing of airway bill and attach it onto the parcel
• Pasting of products stickers on items
• Carrying of goods and require doing some manual jobs (replenishing of stock and sending of parcels)

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Ecommerce role, ideally within the Utilities industry.
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You have working knowledge of Admin, Packing and Logistics Management
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
