The Job

You will be responsible for :

• To be trained to manage a team (includes overseeing warehouse and CRM) and overall business function/processes/operations
• Marketing & Sales planning, development & execution
• Digital Marketing
• After-sales follow-up/recovery
• Involved in planning and creation of ad creatives
• Proofreading of copywriting when needed
• Day to day ops include Inventory management, Listing Management, Oversee Warehouse, overall business ops & functions
• Marketing Planning, Budgeting, Tracking, Analysis
• Liaise with vendors, customers, partners
• Help warehouse in order-packing when required, especially during peak-event periods
• Work closely with warehouse team & virtual staff

Requirements:

• Fresh Grads
• Diploma/ Degree in Business/Marketing/ Marketing Communications preferred
• Good command of English- both spoken and written
• Understand the importance of SOPs and put them into practice
• Proficient in use of computer and apps
• Computer Literacy: MS, Google, Asana, Canva etc
• Marketing & Sales Knowledge 
• Strong aesthetic in creative arts and copywriting skills
• Active user of Social-Media and well-versed in usage -> Digital Marketing
• Responsible
• Meticulous with data and work 
• Punctual
• Go-getter 
• High self-expectation of work
