The Job

The Events Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Events department by providing assistance with events sales, coordination and execution.You will report to the Events Executive.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring proactive executing and scheduling of a wide variety of events and meetings across all the Company's locations.
• Assisting in consolidating monthly sales report.
• Assisting in consolidating and analysing events data for weekly reports.
• Securing equipment and rentals as needed, setting-up, tearing-down, and helping with coordination of overall event execution.
• Assisting with post event follow-up (logistics).
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
• Conducting effective event sales tour for potential clients as and when required.

• You have good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• You have the ability to prioritise in a changing environment and still meet deadlines.
• You are a dynamic self-starter who takes initiative and is highly reliable.
• You gave strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
