The Job

**Responsibilities:**

1. Event Planning and Coordination:

• Coordinate event setup and manage logistics
• Plan and organize promotional and business events
• Develop comprehensive proposals for each event
• Manage live online digital events
• Create detailed run-of-show outlines for events

2. Sales and Client Relations:

• Build up rapport with partners and closely work with management and marketing to coordinate on events
• Meet with clients to understand venue requirements and event needs
• Respond to inquiries and leads in a timely manner 
• Close deals and ensure high-level execution of events
• Implement referral programs to generate future business

3. Marketing and Content Creation:

• Oversee the creation sales collateral and craft compelling messaging
• Execute content and event strategies to generate leads

Ideal Candidate

• 3-6 years of experience in sales enablement or go-to-market roles (bonus if experienced in B2B sales)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to structure pitches and sales collateral
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and creative thinking
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in enterprise sales and account-based marketing
• Familiarity with the Singapore events industry
