The Job

Working closely with the head of Programmes and the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for :

• Organising virtual, hybrid and in-person B2B events
• Planning, curating and executing end-to-end management of events together with the Head of Programmes
• Reaching out and engaging with prospective experts, speakers and attendees
• Actively partaking in virtual and in-person activities to drive the growth of our community
• Building valuable relationships with senior industry stakeholders in the technology space and startup ecosystem
• Working with our marketing team and promote the events organised

The Profile

• You have a Bachelor's Degree or an educational qualification at an equal or higher level
• You ideally have experience in events planning.
• You are capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders while paying strong attention to detail
• You possess great research skills and showcase ability to distill market trends into event topics
• You ideally have familiarity in the technology space and startup ecosystem in Asia and Europe
• You are tech savvy and have a good grasp of best-in-class communication and collaboration tools
• You are a firm believer that women can play valuable roles in technology.
