The Job

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of all necessary documents, make up proposal, sending emails
• Coordinating and providing administrative support to the managers
• Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company
• Organizing calendar, writing meeting note during meetings
• Speaking with clients

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements

• Candidates with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent background is advantageous
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to details
• Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point)
• Possess good planning and organising skills
• Task focused/outcome driven, self-motivated and takes initiatives
• Flexible, adaptable, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
• Meticulous, strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
