The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maximise stock availability and minimise lead times.
  • Ensuring stock shortfalls are avoided whilst keeping stock levels to a minimum.
  • Analysing forecasted demand versus production & supply capacities and adjusting accordingly.
  • Accurately projecting supply shortfalls and surpluses in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring data accuracy and consistency of forecast adjustments supplied by sales, production, suppliers etc.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of supply & production side issues.
  • Supporting Sales and Operations in developing supply solutions to maintain fulfilment targets.
  • Coaching, motivating and developing team members and ensuring high operational standards.
  • Managing video production from start to finish including the conceptualisation, scripting, scheduling and resource management of videos.
  • Managing project timelines and budget.
  • Arranging and managing external resources (equipments, crews, actors and venues).
  • Organising the logistics of the production, from pre-production through completion of production.
  • Supervising the assembly of the shooting company, recruitment of key personnel and services, and production organisation.
  • Supporting the Director's vision and substantiating the Director's creative ideas by taking care of logistics and related issues.
  • Supervising the creative content as well as the financial aspects of a production.
  • Organising funding and liaising with investors.
  • Generating weekly and monthly production plan by converting sale forecast into feasible production plan at optimum inventory levels.
  • Ensuring production schedule is in line with customer demand and driving both short and long term production line efficiency.
  • Running capacity planning to ensure long term capacity for business growth.
  • Overseeing the team's outputs and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Taking a "design brief" to understand requirements.
  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within Video Production, Production Planning, Motion Graphics / Interactive Design, Line Production or Executive Production.
  • You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
  • You possess strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to set targets, prioritise effectively and make decisions.
  • You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia and Rest of Asia.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong financial acumen.
  • You can develop compelling narratives and visuals.
  • You have experience in scheduling and budgeting.
  • You have good knowledge of Other tools.
  • Experience within Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) would be highly valuable.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
