The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial positions and balance sheet (P&L) and liquidity (cash flow), accounts receivable (customer billing and invoicing) and payable
• Perform journal entry updates to ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and any related general administrative tasks
• Administrative tasks include the compilation of available grants, partnership and agreement contracts, phone calls, scheduling meetings, office equipment and supplies; etc.
• HR duties like payroll, updating databases, maintaining records, reviews, responding to employee requests and organise team-building activities and celebrations

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Finance experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps (eg. Google Docs and Sheets)
• Strong organisational and planning skills with good attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Well organised and meticulous in handling documents
• Team player who can also work independently
• Positive with a likeable and pleasant personality
