The Job

Responsibility

• This role reports to the Financial Controller
• Handle AP, AR, GL, IC full sets of accounting.
• Verify employees expenses claims.
• Ensure that month-end closing is completed and related reports are prepared and submitted on a timely manner
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare and file quarterly GST return
• Liaise with external auditors and manage their enquiries/requests.
• Any other duties assigned

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting and above
• Prior experience in full set accounting and auditing will be an advantage
• Independent, meticulous, and good team player
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office
• Self-Motivated, pro-active, eager to learn and good attitude is a must
• Comfortable working in both structured and unstructured environment.
• Able and comfortable to communicate and read in Chinese.
