The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collect invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Prepare bank payment & keep track of card payment expenses
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Any other duties as required by the manager from time to time

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Experience with Xero Software and Bank Platforms: Bank Platform: Wise, Payoneer, Paypal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial databases.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
