The Job

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins and incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate for online and offline corporate function and events.
• Act as a liaison between customers and any department when necessary
• Respond and assist to direct all enquiries to relevant business unit
• Maintain record of all phone calls and walk-ins
• Maintain an immaculate work environment
• Collect (from letterbox) and distribute letter received to BU
• Maintain and review inventory of pantry supply and re-stock as necessary
• Coordinate / liaise with vendor/supplier on the procurement and logistics of products / services including scheduling of office maintenance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by BUH

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Candidate must be an English and Mandarin speaker to liaise effectively with different stakeholders
• Must have a service-oriented mindset
• Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well versed in Microsoft office
• Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
• Prior work experience in similar position
