The Job

In this role, you will be collaborating with the engineering team to understand user interactions and develop a highly responsive web-based user interface.

You will be responsible for :

• Constructing visualisations that are able to depict vast amounts of data
• Developing a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it
• Developing and supporting graphical interfaces
• Assuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Building web projects from scratch, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Building reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
• Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

The Profile

• You have 2 years of experience in a Software Engineer role.
• You have experience with designing and implementing cutting edge front-end code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Less
• Strong expertise in React, Redux is required
• You are knowledgeable about the Git version control system
• You are able to conduct Unit Testing with Jest
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs is mandatory for the role
• You have experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• You have developed enterprise software using modular, reusable JS components, data visualizations using Highcharts/D3.js is preferred
• You are familiar with server teams that expose NetApp Cloud Insights functionality through REST API, Elasticsearch, MySQL and/or Graph Databases
• You have knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• You have a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
