The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage the virtual economies for both "Giiiant Slots" and "Solitaire Adventure Tripeaks," ensuring a balanced, engaging, and sustainable economy.
• Analyze in-game economic data to understand player behavior and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with the game designers and the monetization team to create features and systems that enhance player engagement and monetization.
• Design and implement pricing strategies for virtual goods and services.
• Forecast and model economic scenarios to guide development and marketing strategies.
• Continuously optimize in-game economies based on KPIs, player feedback, and market trends.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the health and performance of the game economies.
• Initiate and implement anti-fraud measures with detailed analysis of players' behaviors.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Game Design, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Game Economist or similar role, particularly in mobile gaming.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of monetization strategies and virtual economy design in games.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of mobile games and player psychology.
• Fluency in English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
