The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support Global RFQ process such as
  • Attend RFQ/RFI briefings / meeting;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for air and ocean freight rates;
  • Prepare RFQ submissions;
  • Follow up on RFQ interviews and clarifications from clients;
  • Monitor and analyze and update RFQ result;
  • Maintain proper record of all RFQ submissions, contractual agreements and management reporting;
  • Compiling of monthly and/or quarterly statistical report for business performance tracking purpose;
  • Market research for South East Asia Countries includes Australia and India in order to assist country to set up sales strategy base on the market study.

 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

 

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
