The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Design & Development: Design marketing materials, exhibition content, and develop no-code websites.
• Research & Innovation: Conduct research on current design trends and industry insights to propose fresh ideas.
• UI/UX Development: Ensure excellent user experience by adhering to basic design principles like visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, expressing ideas clearly and working within tight deadlines.
• Exhibition Support: Be available to meet deadlines during crunch time for exhibition-related tasks.
• Continuous Learning: Show enthusiasm for learning both design techniques and industry-specific knowledge to better target your work.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to refine designs and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh ideas for branding, marketing materials, and user experience improvements, helping the team stay ahead of industry trends.

Ideal Candidate

• Basic knowledge of design principles (e.g., visual hierarchy, balance, and typography).
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• Open to feedback and willing to refine designs based on input.
• Ability to apply and maintain brand identity consistently across all designs.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix, or similar).
• Strong research skills with the ability to propose and implement creative design solutions.
• Effective communication skills to express design ideas and collaborate with a remote team.
• Trustworthy and responsible, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure for key projects.
• Stable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.
• Ability to use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for design task.
• Willing to pick up new tools (including AI) and learn how to effectively use them as part of your toolbox.
• Learn the key products and industry that the company in and apply them to designs

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in exhibition design or similar deadline-driven projects.
• Previous experience in UI/UX design or website development.
