The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
Joining us as our Graphic Design Associate (Intern), learning from and being guided by our Senior Graphic Designer, at this early stage will enable you to:
- Support the Growth Marketing Team in the execution of various design outputs across multiple digital channels and other types of marketing materials to a high standard
- Translate growth marketing objectives into design output that is clear, compelling, consistent, and visually exciting
- Participate in brainstorming creative ideas for marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, website content, events collateral, and more
- Stay on top of digital and current trends, and provide creative suggestions that can be implemented into our existing brand/style guidelines, website, social media, and more
- Produce a diverse mix of collateral (social graphics/templates, presentation templates, blog headers, infographics, GIFs, display ads, banners, etc.)
- Work alongside and learn from our senior Graphic Designer utilizing a wide range of media and design software
- The role will start as a 3-month internship, with a high chance of contract extension/progressing to full-time employment depending on performance.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work in Indochina (ICT) timezone or with at least a 4-5 hour overlap with Indochina (ICT) working hours (9am-5pm) - preference may be given to those in an ICT timezone.

Skills Required:
- Ability to commit at least 20+ hours per week to this internship
- Fluent in English (you don’t need an IELTS, but if you did it would be 7.0+)
- Graduated from or are currently studying a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar creative discipline
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or design tools (including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Canva)
- Creative + design thinking mindset with attention to detail with excellent time-management, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in small, fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn from a senior designer with multiple years of experience
- Desire to have a growth mindset, be self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and be willing to share and contribute knowledge
- Passion for reaching audiences and connecting with people through creative design
- Familiarity with UI/UX, video editing and motion graphics is a plus
- Experience working in a start/scaleup environment
- Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team
